Check List is a home watch service available to you!
We provide peace of mind and information on your property when you are away. We are not a property management company, but we provide many services that will allow you to be up to date on the status of your property.
We are a low fee company that can also help maintain your home. We will inspect your home on a weekly or monthly basis with a 21 Item Check List, we also allow you to add to the list items of special concern to you. After inspection we will send you the completed Check List via E-Mail or postal mail. Our rates start at $25.00 per month.
MISSION STATEMENT
"With our background as retired contractors and current Landlords (three properties) we can back-up what we promise. It is our objective to make all reports and transactions with our clients as clear and concise as possible. We know that owning property is often a series of making important decisions. We want to give you peace of mind and information so you can budget your time and resources. We will only take on a limited number of clients for checking homes to insure all checking is done by Ann or Steve only. It is also our mission to be available to our clients, so feel free to call us seven days a week 24 hours a day. We have no office hours.
For pricing of tasks and services done by Check List, we will quote you on a bid basis. This means whenever possible we will give a closed end quote. Not an open ended hourly rate quote. Quotes given over the phone will be sent to you in writing at the earliest opportunity. We know customer satisfaction leads to referrals and repeat business.
